Pizza Sauce
Serves 2
For 13-inch round pie
Ingredients
½ cup canned whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Process all ingredients together in food processor until smooth, about 15 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Transfer to bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
