The chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache
The cake (8" round pan)
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 270 ml hot coffee
- 200 g all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 225 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 80 g oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Chocolate butter cream
- 400 g room temperature butter
- 65 g cocoa powder
- 265 g powdered sugar
- 105 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- 80 g heavy cream
Chocolate Ganache glaze
- 175 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- 175 g heavy cream (boiled)
