- 5 tbsp or 75g Butter
- 3 tbsp or 38g Flour
- 2 cups or 500ml Beef Stock or Brown Veal Stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup or 250ml Heavy Cream
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped
