• 6 Tablespoons olive oil
• 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 ½ Tablespoons honey
• 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper – to taste

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, and shake vigorously.
