Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 400 g room temperature butter
  • 65 g cocoa powder
  • 265 g powdered sugar
  • 105 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 80 g heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk butter for about 5 minutes until pale and fluffy
  2. Sift in cocoa powder
  3. Mix slowly until combined
  4. Sift in powdered sugar
  5. Mix slowly until combined
  6. Make chocolate ganache and add to butter cream
  7. Mix slowly until combined
  8. Whisk extra five minutes until fluffy
