Boneless Pork Roast
Preheat oven to 325 F (163 C). Bake pork roast in the oven UNCOVERED for approximately 25-30 MINUTES *PER POUND*. Or until internal temperature reaches 155 F (68 C), rested to a final 160 F (71 C).
