Mango Jelly

Ingredients

  • 400 g mango puree
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 8 g gelatin sheets
  • 44 ml cold water

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Heat one-quarter of the mango puree in the microwave with the caster sugar.
  3. Add the soaked gelatin, stir well.
  4. Return this to the remaining thee quarters of cold mango puree.
