Ham Broth
Ingredients
Left over ham bone
Trimmings from left over ham
1 Large Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
1/2 Large Onion
4 Pepper corns
1 Clove
6 cups Water
Directions
Chop carrot, celery and onion into 1 inch pieces
Add vegetables, pepper corns, clove and water to a pot
Simmer for two to three hours
Strain broth from solids
