The chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache

The cake (8" round pan)

  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 270 ml hot coffee
  • 200 g all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 225 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 80 g oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar

Chocolate butter cream

  • 400 g room temperature butter
  • 65 g cocoa powder
  • 265 g powdered sugar (you can add up to 300 g if you want more sweet)
  • 105 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 80 g heavy cream

Chocolate Ganache glaze

  • 175 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 175 g heavy cream (boiled)
