Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
- Head of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Slice off the very top of the head of garlic
- Remove excess paper
- Drizzle with oil and salt
- wrap in foil
- Place oven oven rack and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
