Gartners Marinade
Ingredients
Canola Oil: 55% of 1800g = 990g
Worcestershire Sauce: 20% of 1800g = 360g
McCormick Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer: 14.7% of 1800g = 265.8g
Ribotide: 0.3% of 1800g = 5.4g
Xanthan Gum: 0.5% of 1800g = 9g
MSG: 0.5% of 1800g = 9g (you can increase to 18g if desired)
Spices:
Garlic Powder: 1-2 teaspoons
Onion Powder: 1-2 teaspoons
Black Pepper: 1-2 teaspoons
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Dried Thyme or Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Chili Flakes or Cayenne Pepper: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
This mixture will provide a rich, savory, and umami-packed marinade that will deeply flavor the beef.
Adjust the MSG based on your taste preference, as it can be quite potent.
