Gartners Marinade

Ingredients

  • Canola Oil: 55% of 1800g = 990g
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 20% of 1800g = 360g
  • McCormick Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer: 14.7% of 1800g = 265.8g
  • Ribotide: 0.3% of 1800g = 5.4g
  • Xanthan Gum: 0.5% of 1800g = 9g
  • MSG: 0.5% of 1800g = 9g (you can increase to 18g if desired)
  • Spices:
  • Garlic Powder: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Onion Powder: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Thyme or Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Flakes or Cayenne Pepper: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • This mixture will provide a rich, savory, and umami-packed marinade that will deeply flavor the beef.
  • Adjust the MSG based on your taste preference, as it can be quite potent.
