Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 2 cups Pecans chopped
- 1/2 lb. Butter
- 2 lb. Powdered Sugar
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer bowl
- Use paddle attachment and mix on medium high until fluffy
- Chill at least 2 hours
- Form into x gram balls
- Dip into tempered chocolate
