Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and spray with oil.
If your chicken wings are whole, cut the tips off and separate the drumettes and the flats.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the salt, Frank's hot sauce.
Derdge the wings with all purpose flour
Arrange the coated chicken wings not touching each other in a single layer on baking sheet with a silpat sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn the wings over and bake for an additional 30 minutes
Remove from oven and place in bowl and combine with your glaze of choice.
Let cool for five minutes prior to serving.
