Mix water, sugar and yeast
Cover and leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
Sift whole wheat flour, bread flour through a sieve into a separate bowl.
Add salt and mix well.
Combine water mixture with the flour
Add vegetable oil and combine
Knead dough in machine for 8 minutes
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
Bread pans (20 cm x 11 cm) for baking grease with vegetable oil.
Divide into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm (3/4 inch).
Roll up into a tube.
Pin the edges.
We repeat the same process.
Cover and leave for another 20 minutes.
Lubricate with water.
Sprinkle them with flour.
Place on rack to cool.
