Ingredients
1 (15 ounce cans) chickpeas, drained with liquid reserved
2 ounces chickpea liquid, or more, as needed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
14 teaspoon kosher salt
Procedure
Add all the ingredients to a food processor
Process until smooth, scrape sides as needed
