Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Cut potatoes into quarters. Place them in a baking dish.
Slice the onions and add them to the potatoes.
Add the garlic to the potaties
Place the chicken on the potatoes and onions.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, chicken broth, salt, paprika, allspice, oregano and lemon juice.
Pour it over the chicken and tuck in a few slices of lemon.
Cook uncovered in the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Top with chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives and parsley.
