Procedure

  1. Cut the bacon strips in half crosswise.
  2. Stuff the dates with almonds or cheese.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around the stuffed date.
  4. Secure the bacon wrap to the date with a toothpick.
  5. Broil until the bacon is crispy.
