Season chicken with salt and pepper
Heat oil and butter and brown chicken
Remove chicken and set aside
Saute onion for two minutes
Add garlic and saute until onion translucent
Add paprika and mix
Add flour, mix and cook for 4 minutes
Add tomatoes and chicken stock
Place chicken in the tomato mixture skin side up
Spoon tomato mixture over chicken
Put into oven for 25 to 30 minutes
Remove chicken from sauce
Add sour cream and combine
Plate and serve
