INGREDIENTS * 5 pounds chicken wings * salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste * 3 tbsp Frank's hot sauce * 2 tbsp veg oil * 1 cup all purpose flour INSTRUCTIONS - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and spray with oil. - If your chicken wings are whole, cut the tips off and separate the drumettes and the flats. - In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the salt, Frank's hot sauce. - Derdge the wings with all purpose flour - Arrange the coated chicken wings not touching each other in a single layer on baking sheet with a silpat sheet. - Bake for 30 minutes. - Turn the wings over and bake for an additional 30 minutes - Remove from oven and place in bowl and combine with your glaze of choice. - Let cool for five minutes prior to serving.
