  * 1/4 cup or 33g Onion Chopped
  * 1 Egg
  * Salt and Pepper to Taste

  * 3 tbsp or 38g Flour
  * 2 cups or 500ml Beef Stock or Brown Veal Stock
  * 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
  * 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce 
  * 1 cup or 250ml Heavy Cream
  * 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder 
  * Salt and Pepper to Taste
