====== Pizza Sauce ======

**Serves 2**

For 13-inch round pie

===== Ingredients =====
  * ½ cup canned whole peeled tomatoes, drained 
  * 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  * 1 small garlic clove, minced 
  * ¼ teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  * ¼ teaspoon dried oregano 
  * ⅛ teaspoon salt 
  * ⅛ teaspoon pepper

===== Instructions =====
  - Process all ingredients together in food processor until smooth, about 15 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. 
  - Transfer to bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
