===== Ingredients =====
  * 1,105 grams Water
  * 500 grams Button Mushrooms - quartered
  * 1 medium Onion - sliced
  * 140 grams Oloroso Sherry
  * 120 grams Soy Sauce
  * 1 head Garlic - peeled and separated into cloves

===== Procedure =====
  - Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  - Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  - Let the pressure dissipate naturally.
  - Strain through fine mesh strainer.
