===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 kg fingerlings potatoes
  * 240 - 360 ml whole milk - hot
  * 250 g unsalted butter - cold

===== Instructions =====
  - Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 35 minutes
  - Peel the potatoes
  - Pass the potatoes through a food mill
  - Add the butter and mix until fully incorporated
  - Add milk until your desired texture is achieved
  - Pass the potatoes through a fine sieve
