====== Ingredients ======
  * 3 crushed garlic cloves
  * 2 tbsp grated ginger
  * 1 tbsp Sambal chili sauce (or 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes)
  * 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  * 1 tsp soy sauce

  - Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium heat
  - Bring to a boil and adjust taste as desired
  - Turn off heat
