====== Agar Agar Fruits Jelly ====== 400ml water 2 teaspoon agar agar powder 40g fine sugar Fruits: Clementine, mangoes, strawberry, kiwi, grapes Second layer: 200ml orange juice 1 teaspoon agar agar powder 30g fine sugar Plastic mould: 16cm in diameter x 7.5cm height First layer: Fruits layer Second layer: Orange juice layer Tips: Stir agar agar powder and cold water (or room temperature) until dissolved before you put it on the heat. Do the same for the orange juice too. The reason why is if you stir with hot water (on the heat), it will clump and the agar agar powder will not dissolve. After you finished with the first layer (fruits part) set aside, you can prepare the second layer (orange juice) agar agar. Make sure the orange juice agar agar is hot before pouring onto the first layer. Please check if the first layer agar agar is slightly set by using your finger to touch it. You should feel the top is a little jelly firm but not hard. The first layer must not be completely set or firm (but not watery too) because otherwise the second layer agar agar will not stick onto the first layer.
