====== Greek Chicken and Potatoes ======

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1/2 Chicken cut into pieces
  * 3 Yukon Gold potatoes
  * 1 Onion - medium
  * 6 Cloves Garlic - peeled and whole
  * 1 Lemon sliced
  * 3 cups chicken stock
  * 3 tbl. Lemon Juice
  * 2 oz. Olive oil
  * 2 tsp. Oregano
  * 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  * 1/4 tsp. Allspice
  * Salt
  * 1 Tomato chopped
  * Kalamata Olives
  * 1 tbs. chopped Parsley

===== Procedure =====
  - Preheat the oven to 375℉. 
  - Cut potatoes into quarters. Place them in a baking dish.
  - Slice the onions and add them to the potatoes.
  - Add the garlic to the potaties
  - Place the chicken on the potatoes and onions.
  - In a small bowl mix olive oil, chicken broth, salt, paprika, allspice, oregano and lemon juice. 
  - Pour it over the chicken and tuck in a few slices of lemon.
  - Cook uncovered in the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  - Top with chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives and parsley.
