====== Chicken Paprikash ======

===== Ingredients =====

  * 4 chicken legs
  * Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  * 1 tbsp olive oil
  * 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  * 1 large Onion - small dice
  * 3 cloves Garlic - minced
  * 3 tbsp Hungarian paprika, sweet or hot, or a combination
  * 2 tbsp Flour
  * 1 cup crushed tomatoes or 1 large ripe tomato
  * 1 cup chicken broth or water
  * 3/4 cup sour cream

===== Procedure =====
Preheat oven 350 F

  - Season chicken with salt and pepper
  - Heat oil and butter and brown chicken
  - Remove chicken and set aside
  - Saute onion for two minutes
  - Add garlic and saute until onion translucent
  - Add paprika and mix
  - Add flour, mix and cook for 4 minutes
  - Add tomatoes and chicken stock
  - Place chicken in the tomato mixture skin side up
  - Spoon tomato mixture over chicken
  - Put into oven for 25 to 30 minutes
  - Remove chicken from sauce
  - Add sour cream and combine
  - Plate and serve
