 +  - Heat smoker to 250⁰ F 
 +  - Remove silver skin and trim excess fat from rigs 
 +  - Rub ribs with mustard followed by the dry rub 
 +  - Smoke for 2 hours  
 +  - Spray the ribs with apple juice mixture every 30 minutes 
 +  - Remove ribs from smoker and place on aluminum foil long enough to cover the ribs 
 +  - On the ribs add a few patties of butter, apple juice and sprinkle with more rub and vinegar sauce 
 +  - Double wrap the ribs meat side down 
 +  - Put the wrapped ribs back in the smoker and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 250⁰ F 
 +  - Remove from the smoker and let rest for 30 minutes 
 +  - Place the ribs on fresh aluminum foil meat side up 
 +  - Brush the ribs with warmed BBQ sauce and return to smoker for 15 minutes
